Floreat, the independent and privately owned investment group, has sold a 42,000m² office building in Heusenstamm, near Frankfurt, to a local buyer. The building is located at Jahnstrasse 54-64, 63150 Heusenstamm and sold with vacant possession. Savills advised Floreat on the disposal. The purchase price was not disclosed.
