Emma Villa Spa acquired of the entire capital of Domus Rental Srl (IT)

Emma Villa Spa has finalized the acquisition of the entire capital of Domus Rental Srl.

The acquisition is a component of Emma Villas' strategy for external expansion following its initial public offering. The goal is to continue growing the number of properties under exclusive management, solidify its position as a leader in the Italian vacation rental industry, and extend its presence across the country.

Giammarco Bisogno, CEO of Emma Villas, said, "This acquisition represents a further step in our growth and complements the recent operations of Marche Holidays and EMV International. Thanks to the acquisition of Domus Rental we further expand our offer, particularly in Veneto in the wonderful Garda area, with the aim of being able to progressively cover more and more capillary regions and areas of tourism excellence in our beautiful country. As was the case with previous acquisitions, we count on capitalizing in the best possible way on the experience already developed by Domus Rental in recent years, strengthening where necessary its managerial and commercial structure, so as to elevate the potential for development in this area. We still have a long way to go, but I believe that the results of our strategy are already tangible and that the growth trend will be further strengthened."

Alessandra Marconi managing director of Domus Rental said: "The integration into the Emma Villas group will allow us to offer even more innovative and effective solutions to our owners and guests while maintaining the attention and care for the properties, which has always been our hallmark. Joining the group will also allow us to strengthen the framework of marketing activities by enhancing the online and offline visibility of our properties through a significant expansion of communication channels."
