Cushman & Wakefield Healey & Baker has entered into an exclusive strategic partnership with Fountain Capital Partners, the investment management company, it was announced today.
FCP provides investment advice and asset management services across all property sectors for private clients in continental Europe. CWHB will take on all of FCP’s clients by 2005.
Erik Sonden, founding Partner at FCP, commented: “We will be leveraging off Cushman & Wakefield´s research and pan-European platform to facilitate the development of new business, such as closed-end funds, for a number of our investor clients.”
