Cushman & Wakefield has boosted its residential team in London with two new hires: Jack Simmons and James Chell who join the firm from JLL.
Jack Simmons joins as a Partner and Head of Residential and will be responsible for spearheading the growth of Cushman & Wakefield’s business in London with a specific emphasis on residential development & investment services. This move will build on the success of Cushman & Wakefield's existing residential team including Partner Toby Greville and Associate Dominic Price, in buying and selling residential development sites across London.
Jack moves to C&W after 11 years at JLL where he was a founding Director of the Residential Investment & Development team. Key mandates have included; Land Securities sale of Bowater House (One Hyde Park), Royal Mail sale of Rathbone Place, Stanhope Gardens sale for £93m and acting for the Crown Estate in the disposal of Merchant Square for £47 million.
James Chell also joins from JLL and has a wealth of first hand developer experience having previously worked as development manager at Southern Housing Group.
