An international institutional investor has commissioned CORPUS SIREO Asset Management Commercial GmbH, Heusenstamm, Frankfurt, with the comprehensive management of seven office properties in Germany. The properties in Hamburg, Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Nuremberg, and Munich that have been acquired for the Lilli portfolio in recent weeks comprise around 115,000 m² of lettable space. CORPUS SIREO owner Swiss Life also participated with a co-investment in the transaction.
Three of the renowned properties that are now being managed by CORPUS SIREO, the Hanse Carrée, the Deichtor Center and the Hanse Forum, are located in Hamburg. The other properties are the Coreal Tower in Frankfurt, the Büx in Stuttgart, the Von-der-Tann in Nuremberg and the Helmholtz in Munich.
The Lilli portfolio primarily consists of office space.
