The owners of the Jelna Winery and an entrepreneur from Maramures bought the Coroana de Aur Hotel in Bistrita.
CITR, as the judicial liquidator of Hotel Coroana de Aur SRL, announced that it sold the Coroana de Aur Hotel in Bistri?a for the sum of €4.14m.
The hotel was bought by the brothers Daniel and Ovidiu Moldovan, the owners of the Jelna Winery, together with the Maramuresian entrepreneur Florin Font, who owns real estate, construction, retail businesses, as well as a restaurant in Bistri?a. The hotel property was traded in a public auction that took place on December 21, 2023.
The property is located on Strada Pia?a Petru Rare? number 4 in Bistri?a and is composed of 2,958m2 of land and construction in the height regime S+P+3E. The development area is 8,492.36m2, out of which 6,978m2 is used for various purposes. The hotel has 98 rooms, a restaurant, and other rooms necessary for operation.
