The Corallis residential complex, developed by KESZ Group and implemented by KESZ Romania has achieved remarkable sales performance. In just four months from the sales launch in September, 27% of the available stock has been acquired, representing a total transaction volume of c. €11.5m, confirming the project's attractiveness in the real estate market. The results were reported by the sales agent of the project, Fortim Trusted Advisors.
Located on the shores of Lake Grivita, the complex has obtained BREEAM Excellent certification and includes facilities promoting a healthy lifestyle, which have attracted buyers and resulted in pre-sale agreements for 61 apartments in 2024.
The launch offer started with an excellent price-to-quality ratio, with prices starting from €117,834 plus VAT for two-room apartments, the best-selling product in the first few months. There has also been significant interest in three- and four-room apartments, which offer spacious areas and support the concept of a comfortable lifestyle, with the advantage of proximity to the lake and stunning sunsets.
The most valuable apartment sold during this period was a four-room penthouse with a lake view and a rooftop terrace. It was sold for €530,000 plus VAT, emphasizing the unit's exclusivity and superior features.
Half of the buyers opted for the staggered payment method, with payments to be made until the completion of construction. The down payment required for purchasing Corallis apartments is 30%, payable upon signing the pre-sale contract, regardless of the chosen payment method.
The residential complex is located in the northern part of Bucharest, on Coralilor Street, with direct access to Lake Grivi?a. Construction work is ongoing, with two buildings already reaching the ground level. The project completion deadline is set for the end of 2026, with apartment handovers expected at the beginning of 2027.

Over 370 parking spaces, modern urban furniture, and an outdoor socialization area will also be available, all contributing to creating a comfortable and sustainable living environment.
Developed by KESZ Group, with solid construction experience, the project marks the company's first venture into the Bucharest residential market as a real estate developer. KESZ Group also owns an A-class office building in Cluj-Napoca with a GLA of 21,100m2. and a modern production facility with potential for expansions in Turda, further strengthening its presence and expertise in the local real estate market.
