Commerz Real sells two La Défense office assets to BNP Paribas REIM (FR)

Accimmo Pierre, an SCPI managed by BNP Paribas REIM France, has acquired the buildings Palatin II and III in La Défense - a major business district on the outskirts of Paris - from Commerz Real. Both office buildings develop over 23,000 m² across 7 floors and are currently being renovated for delivery in Q3 2018.

Once the renovation works are completed, the buildings will benefit from 3,300 m² of renovated spaces with a full-range of integrated services, including new catering areas, a club, terraces and a completely refurbished foyer. Palatin II & III already have the HQE Exploitation label and aim for a BREEAM In-Use "Very Good" rating.

Fully let until 2015 by the audit firm KPMG, the property is already partially let to a French company specialized in electricity supply. The company signed a lease for 13,000 m² in April. The move-in is planned for 2018.

The asset is located in La Défense, a leading European business district with 3.6 million m² of offices, several headquarters and a shopping centre, just 500 meters from a major transport hub.

Guillaume Delattre, Managing Director of BNP Paribas REIM France, said: “Once revamped, these low-rise buildings will offer the best compromise for La Défense users thanks to its immediate proximity to a major transport hub, quality services, technical delivery and a standard available floor of over 2,200 m² at a particularly competitive price point.

BNP Paribas REIM France was advised by the notary office Thibierge & Associés; Commerz Real was advised by Wargny Katz.
