Constructed in 1991, ‘Regionaal Medisch Centrum Tergooi’ and offers 2,900m² and is currently let to the Tergooi foundation. The asset enjoys close proximity to Amsterdam city centre and is easily accessible by private and public transport. The property currently undergoes minor renovation work, which will be completed by the end of July 2019.
