COD redevelops 5 Keizers on behalf of Credit Suisse (NL)

COD and Credit Suisse Asset Management (CSAM) have reached agreement on the redevelopment of the project the 5 Keizers on the Keizersgracht in Amsterdam.

On behalf of CSAM, COD will do the redevelopment of the unique complex, consisting of five buildings linked together with a gross floor area of approx. 18,000 m², as commissioned developer.

The building was originally built between 1967 and 1985, and has, in the past, been fully in use as offices. Since 2008, the office building has been vacant.

The 5 Keizers will be redeveloped by COD and CSAM into an inner-city multifunctional building, with the emphasis on work functions. The new interpretation of the building
will contribute to the diverse nature of the inner city.

On behalf of Credit Suisse Asset Management, COD will take charge of the redevelopment. COD is also, together with Van Gool Elburg real estate specialists, responsible for leasing the building.
