Chinese HNA purchases landmark building in Canary Wharf, London (UK)

KanAm Grund Group in Frankfurt has sold the landmark building at 30 South Colonnade for KanAm grundinvest Fonds in London. The buyer is the Chinese HNA Group which numbers among the top 500 companies in the world. The 10 storey building in Canary Wharf, one of the major financial districts in London, is the European headquarters of Thomson Reuters and is located in the direct neighbourhood of prestigious addresses such as Citibank, Credit Suisse, Northern Trust and Morgan Stanley.
