Chelsfield has sold 89 Albert Embankment in Vauxhall, South London, to City & General for over £35m. The 215,000 sq ft building is held on a long lease from the Duchy of Cornwall and is let to 40 tenants.
James Andrew International acted for Chelsfield. Michael Elliott represented the purchaser.
The deal comes just days after the £125m sale of The Point at Paddington Basin to WELPUT, the property unit trust run by Schroders and Grafton Advisors.
