CBRE Global Investors, on behalf of its clients, has acquired
Ostrava Logistics Park, Ostrava, Moravia-Silesia, Czech Republic. The seller was Prologis. The 65,910 m² modern Class-A logistics /light manufacturing property comprises two buildings and is located in the Silesia region in Eastern Czech Republic. The asset is a 100% occupied at present with five tenants.
The property is located on the northern European transportation corridors (Ten-T Baltic-Adriatic and Rhine-Danube) and in the middle of the CEE’s production hub. The park has unrivalled public and vehicular access, bus and tram stop in walking distance and is located next to D1 highway. Ostrava is the third largest city in Czech Republic and the regional capital of Moravia-Silesia.
