CapMan Real Estate has acquired Brynsalleen 2, a modern office property located in Helsfyr/Bryn, Greater Oslo. The asset, developed in 1999, comprises 17,600m² spread over 10 storeys and is fully occupied by Atea. The complex benefits from great access to public transport as well as the E6 motorway and Oslo circle road ring 3. The deal marks the fourteenth acquisition of the €425m Nordic Real Estate II fund. The purchase price was not disclosed.
