The two highest ranking non-constituent by market capitalisation as at the close of business Friday, 3 May 2002, replace Haslemere and Rodamco North America in the Next 150 Index. Following ranking analysis, the French company Linedata Services and the Dutch company Koninklijke Bam Bam NBM will enter the Next 150 Index as of Wednesday, 8 May 2002.
The new composition of the Next 150 Index was necessary, following the official results of the takeover bid by Brack Capital Real Estate for the Dutch company Haslemere (Next 150 Index) and the acquisition of the Dutch company Rodamco North America (Next 150 Index) by a consortium led by Westfield America Trust. Haslemere and Rodamco North America will be removed from the Next 150 Index.
The change for the Next 150 Index will be effective as of Wednesday, 8 May 2002.
