AXA IM Alts has completed the final phase of its Assembly Bristol project with the practical completion of Assembly Bristol’s Building B.
The Building B delivers approximately 2,601m2 of Grade A office space targeting BREEAM Excellent accreditation across six storeys in the centre of Bristol. AXA IM Alts has let one storey of Building B, totalling c. 418m2, to Knight Frank, with a further c. 2,137m2 available.
Building B has been designed to cater to the evolving demands of occupiers by focusing on sustainability, well-being, and community. With its efficient design and unique location, directly facing the newly developed public waterside park and Floating Harbour, the building offers extensive occupier amenities with an impressive reception area, flexible ground floor space, Smart Spaces app and ultrafast broadband, alongside cycle storage, showers, changing rooms, and lockers.
The completion of Building B follows the delivery of the 8,361m2 Building C in February 2024 and the 18,580m2 Building A in 2021. Building C has already attracted its first occupiers, Clarke Willmott LLP and Nordic Semiconductor, who join a community of businesses at Assembly Bristol including BT, which has fully occupied Building A as its South West Hub.
Rob Samuel, UK Head of Development at AXA IM Alts, commented: “The delivery of Building B marks the completion of the Assembly Bristol scheme, which provides occupiers with best-in-class workspace and extensive public realm in the centre of Bristol. The excellent amenities and sustainability credentials align with how businesses want to work. The scheme has already attracted a diverse tenant mix, with over 7,432m2 of prime office space immediately available for businesses seeking to benefit from Bristol’s dynamic ecosystem.”
Assembly Bristol has been developed by AXA IM Alts, on behalf of clients, with Bell Hammer acting as the delivery partner.
