Altera Vastgoed NV has sold two retail properties in the city centres of Breda and Haarlem, the Netherlands. Both properties – located on the Ginnekenstraat in Breda and the Grote Houtstraat in Haarlem – are fully let, to Sostrene Grene and fashion retailer Paprika. The properties were sold to a foreign private investor. The purchase price was not disclosed.
Altera CIO Erwin Wessels commented: “This sale marks yet another step forward in the execution of our strategy, which is based on a food and convenience portfolio focussed on strong demographic areas, which provides a stable direct return and is less sensitive to e-commerce and cyclical changes. Looking forward, the portfolio will continue to grow through strategic purchases and sales and targeted asset management.”
