YourTRIBE is delighted to announce their first, 250-unit, PBSA development on Ilderton Road, Bermondsey with construction completed by HG Construction. The completion marks significant growth for the partnership between YourTribe and Aitch Group.
The development on Ilderton Road is due to launch in the summer of 2024 for students in the 2024-2025 academic year. Spanning 14 floors, offering outstanding views of the city and the perfect sunset spot from the roof terrace Ilderton Road offers 24/7 concierge service, on-site laundry facilities, a fully kitted out gym, a collaborative study area, a private dining room, multi-use cinema/gaming room/karaoke, communal lounge and a Wellness Room.
The 224 rooms within the 22 shared flats at Ilderton Road are all en-suite and offer comfort and convenience for an ideal living space which balances studying, socialising and sleeping. The rooms are equipped with a ¾ sized bed, a spacious study desk, high-speed Wi-Fi, a generous wardrobe, under-bed storage, and lots of shelving. The flats also all have a shared kitchen, equipped with modern appliances and ample storage.
There are also 26 studio apartments at Ilderton Road which boast the same high-specification as the shared flats with the added benefit of privacy and a convenient kitchenette.
