Guy Tozzoli, President of the World Trade Center (WTC) Association, and Pieter Verboom, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Schiphol Group, will officiate on Thursday, October 24, when Amsterdam Airport Area (AAA) releases its new Property Guide 2002 for public consumption.
The presentation will include an overview of current and planned business parks. The Guide is updated and produced each year to ensure that the most current information is available for prospective corporations in the site selection process.
The Property Guide is a particularly useful tool with regard to your decision process. It includes a brief macroeconomic summary, focusing on Amsterdam Airport Area; and an overview of key costs and obligations associated with purchase or lease of commercial property. It also includes a description of both current and future business parks in AAA, presenting key data such as stock, planned capacity and rental levels.
