WeWork rents over 11,000m² of offices in Paris (FR)

DEKA Immobilien has leased 11,000m² of offices and 170 parking spaces to global coworking company WeWork. This building on 33, Rue La Fayette in Paris, is one of the assets belonging to the open-ended real estate fund Deka Immobilien Europa. The deal featured a 12-year lease without break option.

 

Wework has thereby made its first foray into France, with an exceptional site boasting the highest standards, large floors of over 1,000m² and offering a wide array of services. This first centre is set to open in H1 2017.

 

In this scheme, Ashurst will advise DEKA and DLA Piper will represent WeWork. The transaction was carried out by BNP Paribas Real Estate.
