WestInvest Gesellschaft, Düsseldorf, on behalf of the open-ended real estate fund Immobilienfonds WestInvest 1, again acquired an office block in Amsterdam. The property 'Tiara', located in AmsterdamÂ's Riekerpolder, comprises three five-storey interlinked office blocks totaling 10,300 m2. The object is fully let.
The Riekerpolder, located just south of Amsterdam, is conveniently located and is part of a larger development of 90,000 m2 of office space, which will include a large new housing development and a new Hilton hotel.
The Grundstücks-Sondervermögen WestInvest 1 fund amounted to EUR 2,646.6 mln by 31 August 2002. Since the beginning of this year the fund increased by EUR 573.3 mln.
