WestInvest Gesellschaft, Düsseldorf acquired on behalf of Immobilienfonds WestInvest InterSelect the office block of „Q-Port“ in Amsterdam. The building was delivered by the end of March and subsequently transferred to WestInvest InterSelect.
The idealy located office block Teleport in west Amsterdam comprises 13,200 m2 and 123 parking spaces. Tenants are the seller and developer of the property Hugenholtz Project Groep b. v. and the software development company Peoplesoft b.v.
WestInvest InterSelect, incorporated on 2 October 2000, finished its first full financial year on 31 March 2002 with a yield of 6.8%. During last year it increased its investment portfolio by EUR 454.9 mln to EUR 571.7 mln.
Presently the fund has 12 properties, of which nine in the Eurozone outside Germany.
