Real Estate investment fund Wereldhave has made a second investment in Finland. It acquired a 22.000m2 shoppingcentre in Tapiola, west of Helsinki.
Wereldhave purchased the object from Scandinavian retailer Stockmann. The deal consists of a sale and lease-back construction for an amount of â⬠37,5 million, including â⬠1,5 million transaction costs. The net yield amounts to 7,0%.
