On March 3, 2004, Wereldhave has issued 1,090,000 ordinary shares to some institutional investors. The issue was made at EUR 67.30 per share. The new shares are ranking for dividend for the year 2003.
The issue relates to Wereldhave’s aim to expand its portfolio to EUR 2.5 billion by the end of 2005 with recently built, high-quality property. For 2004 most emphasis will be placed on expansions in the United States, Finland, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom.
