Warehouse REIT completed the sale of the Warrington South Industrial Estate and Pellon Lane in the UK under separate transactions.
The 9,848m2 Warrington South Industrial Estate in Warrington South changed hands for €13.57m, while the 1,858m2 Pellon Lane in Halifax sold for €2.11m.
The transactions reflected an average net initial yield of 5.3%. The real estate investment trust said proceeds from the divestment will be used for debt repayment.
