VastNed Offices/Industrial has signed a purchase agreement for the acquisition of the remaining parts of the Ravenswade office and industrial premises location in Nieuwegein, the Netherlands.
VastNed Offices/Industrial already owned a major part of this location and acted as a financier of the TriNovium development location. In total this location comprises approximately 220,000 sqm, and partly consists of as yet undeveloped land and partly of developed land. The latter comprises inter alia the TriNovium 1.1 and 1.2 properties with lettable floor space of 6,484 and 12,602 sqm respectively. VastNed Offices/Industrial is currently studying a number of alternatives regarding the future possibilities of this
location.
