The reserved attitude by buyers in the ral estate market continues due to the present economic situation. Based on these market conditions to date the UNIPROF Group could not realize its targets to sell real estate which it has on offer despite its active marketing and sales efforts.
The missed capital gain on these assets will only be partly compensated. Therefore, the UNIPROF Group expects to realize a loss during the fiscal year 2002.
