Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield has finalized the sale of Capital 8 building, its trophy Parisian asset, to Invesco Real Estate. The net sale price amounts to €789m. In this acquisition, Unibail was advised by BNP Paribas Real Estate.
Capital 8 totals over 45,000m² is located in the heart of the central business district, nearby Monceau Parc. Following the renovation program in 2016, the building is currently fully leased to 17 tenants. The renovated complex consists of four interconnected buildings on 11 floors. It has more than 500 parking spaces spread over five levels of basement. Its services include three restaurants, conference rooms, fitness and wellness centre. The complex also benefits from two courtyards and 5,800m² of green spaces. Capital 8 has received BREEAM Environmental Certification.
