Transcom, a global provider of outsourced customer care services, has selected the Świętojańska Office Building as the location for its new services centre in Białystok. The company has leased 930m² of office space in the scheme. JLL represented Transcom in the processes of selecting new space and negotiation of the agreement’s terms and conditions.
In June, 55 employees started work at Transcom’s Białystok-based office.
Marek Szul, Country Manager at Transcom Worldwide Poland, comments, “We decided to diversify our locations in Poland. Therefore, in addition to our rapidly developing departments in Gdańsk and Olsztyn, we also launched our customer service centre in Białystok. Ultimately up to 250 specialists will be employed in our Białystok office.”
Magdalena Reńska, National Director, Office Agency and Tenant Representation at JLL, says, “For Transcom - a company conducting intensive recruitment processes, it was of the utmost importance to find conveniently located and high-quality office space which could provide opportunities for expansion when new projects are obtained and the staff ramp-up that will follow.”
Świętojańska Office Building is a modern class-A scheme providing 8,000m² of space.
