Fastighets AB Tornet has signed an agreement including the whole of its Norrland holdings and 16 properties in Västerås. Agreements have also been reached for sale of the properties Norr 25:5 in Gävle, Valand 4 in Kungsbacka, Smörhålan 1 in Mölndal and Zethelius 1 in Västerås. The total sales price for the agreements made amounts to SEK 1,768 million. The sales price exceeds the book value by SEK 51 million.
The agreements concerning the Norrland holdings and the 16 properties in Västerås are conditional on final financing on the part of the purchaser. It is expected that this transaction will have been completed by the summer.
