Fastighets AB Tornet has sold all properties in Karlstad and one property in Oskarshamn for a total price of SEK 1,055 million.
The purchase price exceeds the book value as at 31 December 2004 by SEK 70 million and is SEK 75 million below the internal market valuation performed by Tornet at year-end.
