On Thursday 31 March 2005 the highest point has been reached of the ING Real Estate project Montevideo in Rotterdam.
The official act was performed by alderman Pastors of the Municipality of Rotterdam revealing the exact height of Montevideo. A spectacular lightshow emphasized the highest point of the tower.
The ceremony was held on the building pit of Montevideo from 18.30-21.30 hours.
