The Board of Management of VolkerWessels is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr A.J.M. (Ton) Beekman (48) as one of its members with effect from May 1 2005.
This move means that the Board of Management will be expanded to four members, due to the size and growth of VolkerWessels and the increase in complex investment and development projects. Following Mr Beekman's appointment, the members of the Board of Management are Herman Hazewinkel (Chairman), Ton Beekman, Andries de Jong and Dik Wessels. Leon Verweij will act as CFO. Ton Beekman is a former director of AM, previously Multi Vastgoed.
