Toivo Group Plc (Toivo) has signed contracts and begun a €4.1m regional construction project in Espoo. The project is part of the previously announced €42m portfolio for Nuveen Real Estate, which will contain approximately 141 apartments in total.
The single-family home portfolio comprises one completed and three to-be-constructed properties in Helsinki, Espoo and Vantaa, featuring private yards, family-sized homes, and A-class energy ratings. Toivo will deliver the properties between 2025 and 2027.
”We thank Nuveen for their trust and are pleased to carry out the agreement in good cooperation. This project consists of 14 apartments, the construction has already begun, and it will be completed in the fall of 2025. The property will be a stunning semi-detached development, which is a highly sought-after investment product in the rental market.” said Jukka Lampela, the project manager for the development.
