TMW Pramerica has bought the Schlossbergcenter in Marburg, Germany. The selling party is a project company in which the Faktor family from Frankfurt am Main and the Center Developer Peter Fuhrmann from Düsseldorf take part. The trade center has a surface of 13,000 m². The center will be placed in a special fund. The selling price was not announced.
In the Netherlands and Luxembourg, TMW Pramerica has bought buildings for its retail trade properties fund. In the Netherlands, the fund is investing â¬22 mln. in the sports and leisure center âDe Meerpaalâ in Houten (close to Utrecht) which has a surface of 17,000 m².
In Luxembourg, the fund obtained the specialty market center Howald with a surface of 11,500 m² where amongst other Buffalo Grill, Fressnapf and Maxi Toys are situated. The selling price was approx. â¬23 mln.
