StepHouse, the student accommodation brand managed by leading international alternative investment management platform Azora, has officially launched across Spain. To mark the occasion, a series of exclusive events are being held at its residences, allowing students to experience the brand and learn about its exciting plans for the 2025/26 academic year.
With nine residences and approximately 3,500 beds across key Spanish cities, StepHouse is set to become a major player in the student housing sector. The launch events, running until 21 March, feature live music, karaoke, and dinner, offering students a taste of the vibrant community life StepHouse aims to cultivate.
As part of its brand vision, StepHouse has also announced its student wellbeing programme, Step Forward, which will focus on travel, sport, and wellness activities. The initiative is designed to enhance the university experience, fostering independence, personal development, and social connections among residents.

Built within the last three years, StepHouse residences are designed to meet the modern needs of university students. Facilities include 24-hour security, high-speed Wi-Fi, leisure rooms, a cinema, a gym, study rooms, private rooms with dining and kitchen facilities, laundry services, and parking. Some residences also boast outdoor gardens, swimming pools, and rooftop terraces with stunning views.
Enrolment for student accommodation at StepHouse opened on 14 March for the 2025/26 academic year. Prospective students can secure their place online via the StepHouse website or schedule an in-person viewing to explore the facilities and meet the StepHouse team firsthand.
