Sponda Plc has bought a high-yield logistics and office property in the Konala district of Helsinki. The purchase price including capital transfer tax is â¬28.4 million. The property, with an annual yield of 11 %, has a total leasable area of 32,800 m², which is fully leased.
The seller is the Finnish subsidiary of European Property Investors, LP, a pan-European real estate investment fund, sponsored and managed by IXIS AEW Europe.
Ruosilantie 16 is adjacent to the 16,500 m2 logistics property at Ruosilantie 14 that Sponda already owns.
