Shurgard Self Storage agreed to purchase land in Berlin to develop a new self-storage facility.
The €17.3m project will span 6,700m2 with 1,000 self-storage units. Completion is expected in 2026, according to a Thursday release.
Shurgard expects to receive planning permission for the project in the coming months.
