Logistea AB has announced that during its Extraordinary General Meeting on 25th January 2024, the shareholders have approved the acquisition of two properties from Ilija Batljan Invest Kristianstad AB. This acquisition is considered a significant related party transaction, as Sanja Batljan, a member of the board of directors, is a related party to Ilija Batljan, who is a member of the board of directors and indirect owner of IB Invest.
The two properties that Logistea will acquire are Nybro Skiffern 2 IB Invest and Karlstad B:161.
