Savills has sold an office use building in San Donato Milanese, Milan. The property, with an area of ca. 16,000 m², is the fourth building sold by Savills on behalf of the vendor, in the Office centre of Via XXV Aprile which is already headquarters to important multinational companies.
The purchase was carried out by Deutsche Bank Fondi Immobiliari for the Fondo Valore Immobiliare Globale fund.
Savills acted as consultant to a national developer of primary importance.
