Heron International has announced that the tallest building in the City of London, Salesforce Tower at 110 Bishopsgate, is now fully leased.

Following considerable letting interest in the last available space in the building from a number of potential occupiers, the four remaining storeys have been let to Salesforce, who continues to be the anchor tenant with a total occupancy of 10 floors.

Salesforce Tower stands at 230m high and provides 440,000ft² (40877m²) of office space spread over 36 floors. The building includes a public ground floor restaurant and bar and two restaurants at the top of the building, SUSHISAMBA and Duck & Waffle, both open to the public. Formerly known as the Heron Tower, the tower was controversially renamed Salesforce Tower in 2014, not without resistance from existing tenants.

Gerald Ronson, chief executive of Heron International, said: “We are very pleased to agree this significant letting to Salesforce, which marks the completion of our leasing programme. The fact that the building is now fully let reflects the exceptional quality of the space it offers and its prime business location.”

CBRE and Savills acted for Heron International; Cushman & Wakefield acted for Salesforce.
