In a press release dated 30 September 2003, Rodamco Asia NV (the ââ¬ËCompanyââ¬â¢) announced that it was 'in discussion with various parties about the future of the company'. Although these discussions were then not at a stage that did in any way call for a public announcement, the management of Rodamco Asia at that time considered such an announcement necessary in view of the unusual movements of its share price on Euronext Amsterdam.
The Company hereby announces that, after careful evaluation of the discussions, and taking into account the interests of the shareholders, the Company and all other stakeholders, it has terminated all discussions with other parties.
