The Rock Capital Group is launching its new office project MONACO, the new highlight of the office real estate market in Munich.
The MONACO is designed by MVRDV. Construction is set to begin shortly, with completion planned for 2027. A total investment of c. €75m is expected. The project will provide c. 4,000m² of new generation workspaces and 580m² of terrace and rooftop areas at Helmut Dietl Strasse 7 in Munich.
“We have therefore fulfilled a dream with the opportunity to create a striking architectural statement in such a vibrant part of the city,” said Peter G Neumann, Managing Partner of Rock Capital Group.
The MONACO is designed by MVRDV office from Rotterdam. In an environment of more traditionally designed buildings, the MONACO is a beacon of remarkably modern design and bold creativity that makes a lasting impression and sets impulses.
The office building's exterior facade will feature around 60,000 reused clinker bricks and 20,000 recycled material tiles, emphasizing sustainability and energy efficiency. New Generation Workspaces

Rock Capital Group will seek LEED Platinum certification, WiredScore Platinum and WELL Platinum certification for MONACO.
