High Streets Report 2018 - Germany, Austria, Switzerland | COMFORT
In 2018, the retail property markets will continue their developments of the two previous years. We are looking at two very different, challenging market constellations. On the one hand, the investment market continues to boom on account of the persistently low interest rates. There is a great demand that far exceeds supply. On the other hand, the rental market is suffering from a clear drop in demand and a tendency towards a greater supply of available spaces. In this tense environment, the COMFORT High Streets Report 2018 offers the transparency and orientation needed by all players in the industry. The current Report also contains some important changes. For the first time, its city reports reflect the entire market area in which the COMFORT Group is active. Besides our German core market, this also includes the major cities in Austria and Switzerland.
