Regus opens Lublin office (PL)

Regus, the world's largest provider of flexible workspace will open a new branch at 39/39A Zana Street in Lublin. Knight Frank represented the tenant of the building during negotiations.
Karolina Strokosz, Development Director at Regus said, "We decided to start business in Lublin, because we appreciate the business and scientific potential of this city".
Marek Ciunowicz, Regional Director, Tenant Representation Department at Knight Frank comments: We observe that companies are more and more interested in leasing office spaces in developing office markets such as Lublin. Demand in these cities is generated primarily by local companies interested in leasing a small office spaces from several dozen to several hundred square meters. Regus, the largest provider of flexible workplace, will extend the range of high quality offices available for these companies in Lublin.
Regus will start business in Lublin at the end of May 2015 offering 750 m² of office spaces with 90 workplaces, a reception and a Business Lounge. Among the tenants of the 39/39A Zana Street complex, which consists of two buildings, are: BZWBK, TUiR Warta, ING Bank Śląski, DataArt, Deutsche Bank and Billennium. The landlord of the complex is a fund managed by First Property Group plc, listed on the AIM Stock Market in London. First Property Group plc manages its own resources and real estate funds in the UK and Central and Eastern Europe.
Knight Frank has been supporting Regus in obtaining further locations in smaller cities.
