Real IS AG has sold Beatrixpark in The Hague to the main tenant of the property het Rijksvastgoedbedrijf. The parties agreed not to disclose the price of the transaction.
"Beatrixpark was acquired when our Bayernfonds Niederlande 2 fund was launched in 2011. The building has now been sold according to plan as part of our long-term investment strategy," commented Axel Schulz, Global Head of Investment Management at Real IS AG.
Melanie Gruneke, Head of Country for Real I.S. Netherlands, added: "The transaction is not least also the result of our proactive asset management and longstanding close cooperation with our tenants."
The fully let office complex covers 27,619m² of rentable space and is situated at Wilhelmina van Pruisenweg 52-78, close to the city centre and the main train station. Owing to its central location, the property has excellent transport links.
