Private investors want to invest more in to real estate

Almost two-thirds of large private investors, which already own property prefer to increase their holdings. It is estimated that annually some € 1.3 bln could be involved.

Investing in houses is greatly preferred, followed by investments in retail outlets and redvelopment locations. The office market is presently considered by 85% of all investors as ´unfavorable´.

These are some of the results of a study by Troostwijk Makelaars, which presented the study at a conference of the Vereniging van Onroerend Goed Onderzoekers Nederland (VOGON - Association of Dutch Real Estate Researchers) last Friday.
