Pembroke Real Estate has announced that 10 Finsbury Square is fully let following the signing of International Game Technology (IGT), a world leading end-to-end gaming and lottery systems company, which has leased the final 17,340ft² (1,610m²) of office space in the building.
The deal with IGT, which has chosen 10 Finsbury Square to consolidate several of its London offices, follows the recent letting to Runway East. Runway East is a tailored co-working environment for the UK’s top innovators and entrepreneurs; they transformed the building’s lower ground floor into a new community hub and event space. IGT and Runway East complete the roster of tenants at the building which is also home to Pantheon, OTC, Fox Williams, the London Metal Exchange, and Cisco Meraki.
