Peab has been contracted to build 540 rental apartments and 10,000 square meters of commercial premises in Örebro. The client is Husherren Properties AB and the contract amounts to SEK 650 million (approx. €72.3 million).
The project is a turnkey contract located at the northern entrance to Orebro with cost effective solutions , low power consumption and long-term quality thinking.
Construction will start in the autumn of 2014, and completion is expected by summer 2019.
The project will reported in the second quarter 2014.
