The R34 is a five-storey modern office building offering tenants more than 6,000m2 of office space, as well as 83 above-ground and 20 underground parking spaces. The building is located at 34 Rzymowskiego Street.
The AN69 is a nine-storey modern building with a leasable area of more than 9,700m2 of office space and 131 above-ground and 28 underground parking spaces. The building has been equipped with modern technical solutions, corresponding to A-standard facilities, and is certified by a BREEAM Very Good certification.The property was acquired by two companies – Alides Polska and AYA Properties Fund.
